Reiss is the greatest champion ever in the MMA propaganda legend. But when promoter Max Black confronted professional wrestling star Randy Stone, Rice found herself in the toughest battle of her life.

In an interview with the Press Association in February 2018, Josh Herdman revealed that he was preparing for the role in this movie, which was originally called Cagefighter. In January 2019, according to Hollywood Deadline reports, Michael Jai White and Gina Gershon have appeared in the movie, and Herdman will play the lead role of Reiss. Jesse Quinones is obsessed with writing and directing, while mixed martial artists Anderson Silva, Georges St. Pierre, Alexander Gustafson, Dan Hardy, and Tyron Woodley appeared in the movie.

In May 2019, professional wrestler Jon Moxley (named after his real name Jonathan Good) played his opponent Randy Stone in the movie. Also in May, the film was picked up and distributed by Kaleidoscope Film Distribution. In October, Hedman and Jai White left the project, and the role of Reiss was awarded to Alex Montagnani. The film also includes Chuck Liddell, Luke Rockhold and Jay Christian Reso, and will begin filming in Regina, Saskatchewan on November 1. Filming ended on November 25, and more scenes were filmed in London on December 18.
