“Black Beauty 2020” is a drama film directed by Ashley Avis and about to be co-produced internationally, based on the novel of the same name by Anna Sewell in 1877. Starring by Mackenzie Foy, Kate Winslet, Claire Forlani, Iain Glen and Fern Deacon. The movie will be released on Disney+ on November 27, 2020.
A wild horse and a teenage girl form an indestructible bond, keeping them in touch for life. Except for the fact that the horse speaks, it seems to have nothing to do with the plot of the original novel.
It was announced in May 2019 that a new adaptation of Anna Seville’s novel was being produced, and Ashley Avis wrote and directed the film. Mackenzie Foy and Kate Winslet will star in the movie. Filming began in South Africa in October 2019, with Claire Forlani and Iain Glen joining the show.
In July 2020, Disney+ obtained the distribution rights for the film from Constantine Films. “Black Beauty” is scheduled to be released on November 27, 2020.
