Lansky 2021 is an American biographical crime drama that tells the story of the famous gangster Meyer Lansky, written and directed by Eytan Rockaway. It stars Harvey Keitel, Sam Worthington, AnnaSophia Robb, Minka Kelly, David James Elliott and John Magaro.
When the old Meyer Lansky was investigated by the FBI for the last time, suspecting that he had hidden millions of dollars in half a century, the retired gangster made up a dazzling story that revealed his actions The untold truth about the life of the murdered company’s notorious boss. And national crime syndicates.
It was released by Vertical Entertainment on June 25, 2021.
In May 2019, Harvey Keitel, Sam Worthington, Emory Cohen, and Austin Stowell announced that they have joined the film’s cast, Alexandra Daddario and Tony Danza is negotiating to direct his script with Eytan Rockaway. In February 2020, announced AnnaSophia Robb, Jackie Cruz, John Magaro, David Cade, David James Elliott, Alon Abutbul and Minka Kelly Joined the cast of this movie, Cohen, Stowell, Daddario and Danza are no longer affiliated.
Main photography starts in February 2020.
In May 2021, Vertical Entertainment obtained the distribution rights for the film and set it to be released on June 25, 2021.
